BM Interactive Group partnered with Interval International to shape the award-winning Sales Tool Kit (STK) — the most cost-effective interactive sales presentation in vacation ownership. We led end-to-end UX and visual design, from mood board and concept exploration through production iPad UI, while providing design direction alongside Interval’s internal product and engineering teams.

The latest STK release debuted at ARDA World 2015, where booth visitors gathered around iPads to see two powerful new modules — Favorites and Workspace — alongside Interval’s exchange content: The Globe, Vacation Calculator, Exchange Tracker, Interval HD, Resort Directory, and digital magazines. High-stakes sales. Personalized pitches. No IT bottleneck.

Vacation ownership sales is complex, relationship-driven, and almost always live in the room. Developers and sales centers needed to deliver compelling, on-brand presentations that combined their own materials with Interval’s vast exchange network — without custom programming, long IT cycles, or disjointed tools.

  • Field teams needed PowerPoint, PDF, photo, and video content in one iPad experience
  • Custom developer content had to sit alongside Interval resort imagery, HD video, and exchange data
  • Presenters required one-click access to Calculator, Exchange Tracker, and Resort Directory during a pitch
  • Import from Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud, and local files — no IT involvement
  • Deployment had to be practical: free app, iPads already in most sales centers

From inspiration to interactive iPad presentations.

We began with research into how vacation ownership sales teams actually pitch in the field, then established visual direction through mood boards and broad concept exploration. Working with Interval’s digital innovation and engineering groups, we refined the experience into production-ready iPad UI — including the new Favorites module for fast access to core STK tools and Workspace for importing, organizing, and sequencing presentations your way.

Workspace supports images, Keynote and PowerPoint decks, videos, PDFs, Word documents, press releases, and more — imported from the cloud or device and combined with Interval’s exchange content. Presenters sequence components with Globe, Exchange Tracker, Vacation Calculator, and Interval HD to close the deal on their terms.

STK.2 earned Best Technology at the 2015 Perspective Magazine Awards — recognition for an iPad sales platform that helps developers turn prospects into owners. At ARDA World, feedback was strongly positive: visitors valued importing their own content, combining it with Interval’s exchange assets, and one-click access to core selling tools — all without IT.

Workspace shipped free on the Apple App Store, with minimal capital investment for sales centers already using iPads. Interval continued evolving the product — including STK Publisher for uploading and sharing custom presentations across sales teams.
