BM Interactive Group partnered with Surveil.ai to unify a fragmented product story across internal compliance tools and client-facing surfaces. Surveil.ai automates legal and regulatory review for financial firms, but the experience had outpaced its presentation: powerful AI capabilities were buried under inconsistent visuals and outputs that were hard to scan or trust.
We evaluated the full end-to-end journey, from agent dashboards and document review to outbound compliance summaries, then redesigned how the platform communicates what AI is doing and why it matters to the people who act on it.
Powerful AI, disconnected experience.
Surveil.ai's technology was ahead of its product experience. Compliance teams and their clients needed clarity at every touchpoint, but the platform felt split between internal tooling and external-facing reports, with AI behavior that overwhelmed rather than guided.

Audit, elevate, and make AI legible.
We mapped the existing end-to-end experience across dashboards, agent workflows, document review, and client communications. That audit surfaced where AI output was dense, where internal and external surfaces diverged, and where visual hierarchy failed to signal priority or next steps.
From there we elevated Surveil.ai to an enterprise-grade visual system: structured data density, consistent agent patterns, and a navy-and-white palette that reads credible in regulated environments. We also helped define AI behaviors for richer outputs, tying each finding to the rule, the evidence, and a recommended action on the front end.

We also supported branded deliverables such as the Conflict Gap compliance intelligence report (PDF), extending the same enterprise visual language to research outputs firms share with stakeholders.
