Dispatch is a desktop application for macOS that lets you use your own Google account (Mail, Calendar, Drive, Tasks) and, optionally, your own Zoom account from a single app. This policy explains what data Dispatch handles — and, just as important, what it does not.

The short version

Your data stays on your device. Dispatch has no servers. BM Interactive Group cannot see, collect, store, sell, or share your email, calendar, files, tasks, meetings, or any other content, because none of it ever passes through us.

What data Dispatch handles, and where it lives

• Google account data (email messages, calendar events, contact suggestions, Drive file listings, tasks) is retrieved directly from Google's APIs over encrypted connections (TLS) and cached in a local database on your computer so the app is fast and works offline. This cache never leaves your device.
• Zoom data: when you connect Zoom and add a Zoom meeting to an event, Dispatch creates the meeting via Zoom's API from your device. The only Zoom data retained is that meeting's ID and join link, stored on the calendar event itself.
• Sign-in credentials: Dispatch never sees your passwords. Sign-in happens in your own browser with Google or Zoom directly (OAuth 2.0). The resulting access tokens are stored only on your device, encrypted with the macOS keychain.

What we collect about you

Nothing. Dispatch contains no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking of any kind.

Data sharing

We share no data with anyone, because we hold no data. Your information is exchanged only between your device and Google or Zoom, under their own privacy policies, using the permissions you explicitly grant on their consent screens.

Data retention and deletion

• Disconnecting Zoom (in Settings) deletes the stored Zoom tokens from your device.
• Signing out deletes the locally cached account data — mail, calendar, and file caches are wiped from your computer.
• Uninstalling the app removes everything else. You can also revoke Dispatch's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions and marketplace.zoom.us (Manage → Installed Apps); revocation immediately invalidates the tokens on your device.

Your rights

Because BM Interactive Group processes no personal data on its systems, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or erase on your behalf — the data is already in your hands, on your device and in your Google/Zoom accounts. Changes to this policy

If a future version of Dispatch changes how data is handled (for example, adding an optional cloud feature), this policy will be updated before that version ships, with the effective date above revised.
